Velloo was a male Duros Imperial Agent stationed on Vaiken Spacedock and informed an Imperial affiliate that Admiral Jefand Ange needed them again on Nar Shaddaa.[1]
Behind the scenes
Agent Velloo appeared in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, where he gave Imperial players on Vaiken Spacedock the bonus series for Nar Shaddaa. He, along with his Republic counterpart Major Tsel'rbah and the Alderaan bonus series mission givers, were removed in Game Update 4.1.[2]
