Veladine was the sixth planet orbiting the star Velm. It was the outermost planet in the Velm system,[3] which was located in the Halori sector[1] in the Trans-Hydian portion of[2] the Mid Rim.[1] Veladine's surface consisted of ice, and it was orbited by three asteroid moonlets.[3]

Veladine was mentioned in the source article Velmor: Royalty and Rebellion, a roleplaying supplement written by Cory J. Herndon and published on Wizards.com on March 6, 2003 for Wizards of the Coast's Star Wars Roleplaying Game.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas later placed the Velm system, and by extension Veladine, in grid square P-7.[2]
