Ve-Ta Naswee was a wealthy collector who gained prominence during the time of the First Order-Resistance War.[1] In 34 ABY,[2] Naswee became a frequent client of the Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities store on the Outer Rim planet Batuu. As a result, they were added to a list of prioritized clients maintained by the store's owner, the Ithorian Dok-Ondar. The historian Eloc Throno referenced Naswee as one of Dok-Ondar's clients in his Batuu guidebook, Traveler's Guide to Batuu,[1] which was released the same year.[2]

Behind the scenes

Ve-Ta Naswee was mentioned in the 2020 reference book Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge: Traveler's Guide to Batuu, which was authored by Cole Horton as part of the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge multimedia project.[1]

  1. 1.0 1.1 1.2 Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge: Traveler's Guide to Batuu
  2. 2.0 2.1 Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge: Traveler's Guide to Batuu establishes that at the time of the book's setting the Resistance was based on Batuu. Star Wars: Timelines dates both the establishment of the Batuu Resistance base and its eventual relocation to Ajan Kloss to 34 ABY. Therefore, the in-universe guide must have been authored that year.
