Captain Vasque Mirlan was the leader of a group of white armored soldiers whose starship crashed in the Ordan Spine Mountains on the Wild Space planet Weik. Upon crashing, Mirlan led his troops through the Karnik Valley and demanded the locals kneel before him, and had his troops burn villages as they moved through the valley. While the local armies were no match for Mirlan's troops' more advanced, burning bolt of light spitting weapons, a group of four Force-sensitives wielding ancient lightsabers they called "sunfire swords" were successful in killing Mirlan and many of his troops. In the aftermath of Mirlan's death, his remaining soldiers fled into the hills, and the four heroes only requested the rights to the land were his ship had crashed. They renamed the remains of the ship Adamite Tower, and became a group of wandering warrior judges called Paladins of the Adamite Tower.[1]
