Varus was a male Zabrak archivist living on Makeb during the Galactic War. During the Conquest of Makeb in 3638 BBY he asked a Galactic Republic agent to venture into Tarlam city archives occupied by the InterStellar Regulators and retrieve the Shipwright's Tools - a relic made by the first colonists who settled on the planet from the material dismantled from their ships.[1]
