Vandor survivalist pants were highly durable pants that were used on^[1] the Outer Rim planet^[2] Vandor in order to protect a being from world's cold. The pants were white in color and had a pattern of brown crossing diagonal lines below the knees. A pair of brown and white boots was included with the pants. The human merchant Neva Yaranu had at least one pair Vandor survivalist pants while they operated a store in the Crimson Dawn District of Kijimi City on the Mid Rim planet Kijimi^[1] in 3 ABY. That year,^[3] that survivalist pants were part of Yaranu's exclusive inventory that they offered to members and allies of the criminal Crimson Dawn syndicate.^[1]

Behind the scenes

Vandor survivalist pants first appeared in the video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft.^[1] Prior to the game's release on August 30, 2024,^[4] the pants were first pictured in the game's "Dispatch: Adventures with Nix" that was released on June 10 of the same year.^[5] When equipped by the player, the pants greatly reduce damage taken from explosions while crouched, rolling, or sliding as well as increasing the healing speed of bacta vials.^[1] Iuliia Misiul created concept art of the Vandor survivalist belt and other outfits used by Vess.^[6]
