VAB-927 was the number assigned to a Bothan prisoner held on the Death Star. The alien was transferred from Detention Block AA-23 to Docking Bay 28-C while the prison was under Code-Red security status. This was due to an explosion in the engineering plant that was suspected of being the first move in an attempt to rescue VAB-927.
