Utility arms were armor-mounted cybernetic arms that were used by engineers and technicians to increase workshop productivity or to aid in combat. They were mechanical appendages that functioned similarly to droid arms, that ended in a manipulating hand. Their origin was unknown, although some rumors stated that they were created by a Dug engineer or a cybernetics manufacturer with a production surplus. Utility arms typically cost 2,000 credits on the market and notable models included the Arakyd Industries Mk II Utility Manipulator, and the Crozo Industrial Products H4 "Handy" Auxiliary Cyber-Arm.[1]
