Utheel Outfitters was a company that produced weapons, armor, hardware, and other manufacturing goods. The company was based on the planet Rodia and maintained a complex in the Rodian jungle. The secret complex known as Toopil was located underneath said complex. During the Galactic Civil War, Admiral Ackbar tasked Luke Skywalker with traveling to Rodia to purchase weapons from Utheel Outfitters for the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Skywalker met with sales executives at their complex.[1]
Utheel Outfitters manufactured many kinds of smaller weapons and military equipment, from armor to explosives. Although they did not mass-produce blasters or other more basic weaponry, they specialized in higher-quality items. Prospective customers would be able to visit the complex and test out the weaponry in the surrounding jungle.[1]
