CT wording tweak

Hi! Just letting you know that the wording of a ct you've recently voted in has changed slightly. It went from 'If a droid has gender-specific programming, refer to them as "he" or "she" rather than "it".' to 'If a droid has gender-specific programming and is predominantly referred to as "he" or "she" in canon, refer to them as "he" or "she" rather than "it".' Archive times

Hey Xd, I noticed your archive times page—that's a pretty nifty thing there BTW—and I saw that for the GAN you noted that noms that have been there for over 1 day "Can pass with five AgriCorps / Inq votes, of which at least two must be AC votes." But, as noted on the AC Bylaws page in the second bullet from the bottom of the "Procedures" section, three of those five actually have to be AC votes. Regarding this revision to my edit, you say "Please use proper citing templates" in your edit description. To be clear, is the only problem the fact that I didn't use the proper template? Archiving question

Hey Xd, quick question, what does this do? I don't see any difference in that on the archived page, and I haven't seen anyone else do that when archiving GANs; we've still got a ton of GANs that have been archived without it… Anyway, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to code and such, so I was just wondering what that was for. :P Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 19:20, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

Alpha-58

Alpha-58 was a red link on the ARC Trooper page. I created the page to get rid of the red link. Since he was on the ARC Trooper page without ever being taken off, it can be assumed there is a verifiable source somewhere. I will look through the history pages and try and find whp put him on.   • I found the problem. Alpha 58 does have a verifiable source and a pre-existing page. Someone had just screwed up the grammar in the link, causing the red link. Echo

Hi, I was attempting to add a newer picture of the clone troopers, Echo and Fives, I uploaded an image, but it was deleted before I could add it, please allow me to upload it, It is a newer picture of Echo from Star Wars the clone wars season 3, in their newer blue "Arc Trooper" armor (I know technically, they were not named arc troopers until the end of the episode, but there is no official name for the armor they are wearing besides that).

On your objection to my GAN, lemme see if I got you. Instead of listing the source Scum and Villainy (sourcebook) (I'll call it A), I should list it as Scum and Villainy sourcebook (I'll call this one B). That will require moving the book's article from A to B. Notice that the book's title is not B; it only includes the string " (sourcebook)" to make it different from other sources with the same name such as Scum and Villainy (Jedi Knights TCG) (the expansion set of the card game) et al.

Sorry to disturb you but if this is the objection, then it would mean changing any article linking to Scum and Villainy (sourcebook), for a total of 433 editions just because of this. Besides, I do think "(sourcebook)" applies better than "sourcebook" here.

Lastly, what do you mean exactly by "Do something to your references"? What am I supposed to do with them? Thank you very much, Skippy Farlstendoiro 18:23, September 20, 2010 (UTC)

LAAT/i images

Hello. I was wonderin' if it would be acceptable for me to switch the infobox image on the Low Altitude Assault Transport/infantry article so that the one with the white background was the one at the top of the infobox? It looks more professional to me if the infobox images have clear backgrounds. I don't know if I share this opinion with anyone else, and I don't know if that edit would be reverted due to it being considered pointless. My question WAS relevant to the article. Specifically, I was asking where the article found all its source material for such a detailed backstory on a character who was only in a handful of frames and only had a couple of lines. Perhaps the article was highly speculative, huh? Right now I'm looking at a disclaimer that says "Submitted content must be from a canon source and verifiable—this means no fanon." I was trying to point out that your article was full of shit someone made up, and this is the thanks I get?
