I'm new to editing wikis and noticed that you deleted the "Appearances" section on Kedler. Is it because the mention was in a record of past events as opposed to a story narrative? Gand in Star Wars: The Old Republic

Hey, Trak. I'm currently playing through Star Wars: The Old Republic, and I noticed there's at least one Gand in the game. He or she (how do you tell?) is on Coruscant, in the Old Galactic Market's Concourse Bazaar. The Gand is named Qoussk, and he or she sells specialty goods. Qoussk has purple skin, so that may be something you need to deal with in "Biology and appearance." There are two quotes for the character, too: "This one shall assist you," and "This one wishes you well." Gand in the Book of Sith

Hi Trak, the book mentions that the planet Gand was raided by the Sith species at some point prior to the arrival of the Exiles on Korriban. That is pretty much all it says, and there is no mention of the Gand species at all. --Jinzler 10:00, January 21, 2012 (UTC)

Zuckuss does appear a bit in a section about D'harhan. However, it is only mentioned that Zuckuss was with D'harhan, as the section is all about the cyborg. Celebration VI

Hey Trak. I know you've said that you're not sure whether you'll be able to come up with the money to attend CVI. I just exchanged a few emails with Mary Franklin, and I was told that we get four free exhibitor passes with our table. Those receiving the exhibitor passes do not need to purchase a regular ticket. I'd prefer to give these free passes to people on tight budgets who might otherwise not be able to afford it (so as to maximize the number of volunteers), and since you're in that situation and also an administrator, I wanted to give you first shot at the second pass (the first will be mine as the organizer). Re: SOTE cards

Looking over the Zuckuss article really quick, it looks like the article covers it pretty well. The cardback descriptions are really just basically summarizing everything from the comics in very general detail. The only thing you might consider is incorporating links to some of the articles I've created, namely the unidentified bounty hunters that board Slave I with him, and maybe link to hoversled at the end there where Fett straps him and 4-LOM to it. As for the Warfare updates, thank you very much for the offer. If it's no problem for you, I would enjoy doing it. I'm looking forward to updating all my many articles that need updates, just haven't had time to get to it yet. Gandspeak

Hey, Trak. Found this little tidbit and thought I'd let you decide what to do with it: "Some species voices were hybrids: voice files so heavily altered that they ultimately became sound effects. According to Expanded Universe lore, the Gand don't have vocal cords but speak by exhaling, causing their exoskeletons to vibrate audibly in an approximation of verbal language. 'The question was, "How are we going to do that?"' says Orion Kellogg. 'Do we have a sound designer create sound effects, or do we have an actor read lines and have a sound designer process that to make it sound more like a vibration language? Timeline of Books

I would like to make a major revision to the Timeline of Books page. It would make the colors more consistent with the Timeline of media page. I would make red unpublished, blue adult novels (because blue is the color for the main stories as opposed to the short stories), and green would be kids novels. I think the consistency would make it easier for readers in the long run and give a more professional look to the site. Could I have your input on this? I was told to run it by an admin. Thanks.

When a Wookieepedian claims to be famous...

Hello Trak, not sure who I should ask about this, but you're an admin, so I figured start here. How does Wookieepedia vet someone's claim if they say they're an author? I ask because this fellow, User Talk:Dzunyash claims to be Ben Grossblatt, who wrote in The Jedi Path and The Book of Sith. I'm always skeptical about these things, so I'm curious as to how you guys deal with it. Thanks! • If I may intervene, it could very possibly be him. I once exchanged a few PM's with Ben Grossblatt, and it does sound like him. He also goes by the name "Dzunyash" (though it should be written "Dzunyâsh"), which is "Grossblatt" in Sith language.
