Awards
- Uh Master Riffsyphon1024, how are awards given? Are there requirements? Atarumaster88 19:58, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
- Only that the person feels the user that is to be rewarded needs to be. I give Pit Droid Awards out for those that are relentless in their work, doing the tedious and monotonous things that bots would normally do. Stuff like that. -- Riffsyphon1024 04:25, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
- Good to know. Thanks. Atarumaster88 14:35, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

I was hopeing something better would happen ... like you guys accually liking it. Sorry about that, it was ment to signify the Biography with his history: Young - midle-aged - Older - As old as he's gonna get.Really sorry. --Jabbathehuttgartogg
- You know what ... you got a point. Don't delete it though, I may add it to my user page. --Jabbathehuttgartogg
- Fair enough. Thanks. Hope we talk again on, ugh, different circumstances. I've figured I won't put it on my page. I'll get rid of it right now. --Jabbathehuttgartogg - No need to answer back.

Desilijic
In this article it states ad shows the Desilijic tree. Is it possibly the "Unknown Desilijic Hutt" is Great Bogga ? I think that's 150% canon. And can I add him to the tree with the "Possibly' thing nextto him? --Jabbathehuttgartogg

- But there's no solid evidence that Bogga is the one. -- Riffsyphon1024 00:16, 12 September 2006 (UTC)

Procedure
- Riffsyphon1024, over two weeks ago, changes were proposed to Wookieepedia's adminship policy here: Forum:Administrator Voting. As it was a brainchild of mine, I have observed it, and have commented that an overwhelming consensus has been reached, among both all users and just sysops. See details at Forum:Consensus Reached. I've also encouraged a large number of users to come out and vote. Since you're one of the head honchos here, I was wondering how long these tracks tend to go? I wasn't sure on policy, but a clear consensus has been reached. I also noticed you've refrained from voting yourself. I just didn't want to issue to be forgotten. Thanks. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 18:56, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
- I think that Forum:Administrator Voting is pretty much done, but that's up to you. Silly Dan suggested I bring it up to either you or WhiteBoy. Could we go ahead and make the Amidala Award official? Voting is 11-0 and the image has been fixed up. Thanks. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 14:42, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
- The Forum vote should be done. There's a large majority that voted for the new proposal. The Amidala Award has been there long enough so I can make that official. Just keep in mind that I won't be around as much as I used to due to classes. -- Riffsyphon1024 17:46, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
- Much thanks. I understand the other obligation stuff. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 05:03, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

- So how does the Forum vote get closed/made into policy? None of the other admins want to touch it- Silly Dan said he'd wait for you or WhiteBoy to do it. It's nothing urgent, of course. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 14:41, 4 October 2006 (UTC)

Mos Krayt
I saw you cleaned up the [[Mos Krayt]] article, but another user on the talk page said it was almost surely a fan-created city. Just to be sure, can you 100% confirm its canonicity? Thanks. Havac 06:27, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- The article Krayt Graveyard states the source as being Galaxies, of which the city is near. But I have no assurance that this is accurate. -- Riffsyphon1024 04:06, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
- Alright, I'll retag it for verification then. Havac 05:25, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

My subpages haven't done anything, why should they be deleted?
- Because they don't relate to Star Wars or the galaxy, not even SW-based fanon, and the reason I had a problem was the amount of subpages like this. -- Riffsyphon1024 01:45, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

- After reading the policy, it looks like if it's on 1 subpage, it's alright. Trosk 01:51, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

- Did you even read it? There's SW content there. Trosk 01:53, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, I did, and there's three instances of SW "competitors" in this tournament, but everything else is wrestlers and video game characters, to which I don't deem it appropriate. -- Riffsyphon1024 02:24, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

Celsius/Centigrade
Uh...Riffs...you do know that centigrade was done away with back in the 1940's, don't you? :P It's been degrees celcius now for over 50 years... —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 07:09, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
- And what is it In Universe, Jay? -- Riffsyphon1024 07:09, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
- Well seeing as Star Wars was written after the 1940's...I'd imagine it'd be Celcius. :P It certainly is Celcius in Challenge 38, the source for Phaylenn...and I know I've seen it used elsewhere, but would have to check. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 07:11, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
- However Celsius is named for the Earth scientist that started the scale, is it not? See List of measurement units. -- Riffsyphon1024 07:12, 24 November 2006 (UTC)

- I don't know what the Star Wars sourcebooks call it, but in Australia we use that scale of measurement, and always call it Celsius. --Azizlight 07:19, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
- Heh, well if we want to truly be In-Universe, how do we cope with this conflict of naming, unless we're really stressing suspension of disbelief. -- Riffsyphon1024 07:23, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, let's propose a vast search for which scale (if any) is used in the sourcebooks :-). And then we can make an article on it. Otherwise, just leave it at "degrees" maybe. --Azizlight 07:30, 24 November 2006 (UTC)

my appologies
You correctly blocked Sourabh, who does not work for wikia. He works for a vendor, who was doing a project to try to improve the ads on our site by letting the community contribute suggestions for what ads they wanted to see. Apparently he took the "initiative" and just put up a page without understanding the wiki way. We talked to him and moved his page somewhere nice :-)
