How am I ruining them? I'm fixing them! Sith are succeeded only by masters.

  • In Darth Bane's order, both apprentice and master hold the title of Dark Lord of the Sith. Therefore, both of them hold the title SIMULTANEOUSLY. How I had them before was correct. Also, stop changing Zannah to Darth Andonna or any other nonsense. Her Darth name has not be revealed yet. 21:19, 24 May 2005 (UTC)

Reasoning!

  • You are the one who has incomplete understanding. The title of Dark Lord of the Sith is a unique title only up until the time of Kaan. In Bane's order, both apprentice and master hold it simultaneously. Therefore, Maul, Tyranus and Vader all hold the title while their master Sidious holds it at the same time. Not Sith?

Comic covers

Hey Q, you might want to check out this site. It has scans of all Star Wars comics, with much better quality than for example the Dark Horse site (and, no pesky little logo in the corner either). Use those if their size does not exceed 160 kb. --Imperialles 08:06, 13 Jun 2005 (UTC)

            • Calm down Plagueis. It is understood that you may not understand talk pages, but they are quite simple. All one has to do is go a person's talk page by hitting the tab at the top of the page next to the one that says user page (the page where a user puts there own stuff). The talk page is the primary means of communication and no email is needed to do so. You will learn with more experience.         • Back to Zannah, so as far as canon history goes: Zannah is the only known apprentice of Bane? Is it ever clearly stated what happens to either of them? Is it for sure stated that she survived the battle against Darovit? And where did Bane end up? Also, there are no other known Sith between Bane/Zannah and Plagueis/Sidious, correct? Well, I actually I now see there is a Darth Milennial; do we know anything more about him? Where in the timeline does he come in? Who was his master? Who came after him?

I only ask all of these questions, because my partner and I are currently writing some extensive fan fiction, however, we wish our references to be 100% in line with Star Wars canon. Starting with Bane, the storyline encompasses the 1000 years of peace that the Old Republic enjoyed, and the (Rule of) Two Siths who hid in the shadows during this time leading up to Palpatine. I would love to have any number of Wookipedia members, including yourself, read the rough drafts to check for accuracy. Please let me know if you or anyone you know is interested. Ailyn Vel's birth date?

Hi QuentinGeorge. I've been working a little on the Ailyn Vel article, and I noticed you have marked her year of birth as 10 BBY. May I ask what was your source or how did you figure this out?     • As a side note, her birth definately occurs in the nineteen years between ROTS and ANH, and since Boba is 13 in ROTS, it's got to be at least 16 BBY, but most likely later. QuentinGeorge 08:55, 3 Aug 2005 (UTC)

Those reverts on Lumiya

You did what I was trying to do. I tried to revert everything that the anon had done, but then I realized that his IP had changed part way through, so I tried hitting the revert button again. This only reverted my previous revert. I had actually gone back in the history and was about to revert it properly when I got pulled away from my computer unexpectedly.           • We do know Palpy's birthdate. As for the succession boxes, I think SparqMan is pushing for those to be eliminated or replaced with something less controversial and confusing (at least for the Sith)—I don't know what the status is on that at the moment. The marriage of Boba Fett and Sintas Vel

Hey :-) Sorry to be a pain about this, but here goes...

I'm still trying to find out how you figure that Boba Fett married Sintas Vel while he was Journeyman Protector of Concord Dawn - and thus Ailyn Vel's birth on Concord Dawn. This seems like the most likely scenario, and I would like to believe it, but does it come from an official source?

  • I believe this came from Abel G Pena himself. He confirmed that they were married, and that the only logical time for this to occur was Boba's "retirement" on Concord Dawn. (Where he was mistaken for Jaster Mereel. QuentinGeorge 06:32, 11 Aug 2005 (UTC)
    • I should perhaps clarify that this is not really "explictly" stated in any book, particularly since we hear very little of what Boba Fett was up to between his cameo in Last of the Jedi and when he reappears as "Jaster Mereel" on Concord Dawn.       • Yes, they are two separate battles. Technically, the first battle ends before you enter the Mandalorian camp on Dxun for the first time, and the second begins when you visit all the other planets and are ready for a second trip to Dxun/Onderon. To clarify, this is how it goes from the player's perspective:

  • You select Onderon on the Ebon Hawk's galaxy map.
  • The ship arrives in the system, but Tobin's fighters fire at it. Soon, a space battle begins. Meanwhile, the Ebon Hawk lands on Dxun.
  • When you are exploring Dxun, Atton (busy repairing the ship) calls you and says the battle is over and the Republic fleet is vanquished.
  • When later you, with the Mandalorians' help, arrive on Onderon, Iziz seems quiet, the soldiers and turrets ignore you, etc. Your main objective is to contact Kavar.
  • When you finally contact Kavar, Tobin interrupts your meeting. The quarter is instantly flooded with hostile Vaklu soldiers in black masks, while in the next quarter the soldiers don't even understand what's going on when the turrets start firing at you. Mandalore (Canderous) tells you to leave Iziz until the situation changes.
  • You then continue your search for the Jedi Masters. After that the Mandalorians tell you to return to Dxun, and after your arrival they inform you about Vaklu's Sith reinforcements and the assault on the Royal Palace.

So, technically, the two battles are separated by the Exile's adventures on Onderon and (possibly) some other planets, if Onderon isn't your last planet. - Sikon 05:24, 20 Aug 2005 (UTC)

Korunnai

Korunnai are NOT baseline humans. They are near-humans. Consult the WOTC article on Haruun Kal. They are called a subspecies of humans with an ability to survive exposure to toxic gases and all Force-sensitve, making them as near-human as Kiffar and Hapans.- JustinGann

Purge.

Quentin, at least I'm coming up with a good solution to all of this. And yet, you continue to remove everything I add saying, "This is ridiculous". At least I was able to come up with a creative solution to this mess that you started because you didn't like the fact that Obi-Wan Kenobi was killed during the Great Jedi Purge.   • What? I didn't cause the mess. The fact is that Obi-Wan, throughout both the movie and EU canon, is always described as having survived the Purge. For that matter, so is Echuu Shen-Jon - and he died in 1 BBY. What I stated as "ridiculous" was plonking Obi-Wan in another section altogether. I'm of the mind that the (somewhat arbritary) date we've chosen for the end of the Purge is incorrect, but I'm going to go through the sources more before I make any changes. Suffice to say, in 1 BBY, Darth Vader says to Echuu Shen-Jon, "How did you escape the Purge, Jedi...", implying it was already over by then. QuentinGeorge 06:32, 23 Sep 2005 (UTC)

After the Battle of Coruscant and the legendary actions of the "Hero with No Fear", Anakin Skywalker, a mood of paranoia and low morale began to grip the vulnerable Republic Capital and its protectorate planets. To combat this negative outcome, the Department Of Homeworld Security suggested a celebratory event in light of the GAR's latest victory. The affair's planning and logistics responsibility was given to a famous local event liason.

Under the guise of a Troop Morale Parade and Concert, the highly anticipated event was to be broadcast from the deck of the Venator Attack Crusier "Victory" throughout the galaxy.

In light of the party's theme of "Those who give there lives", the Jedi Order was requested to provide any form of entertaining presentation that would represent "Jedi Culture". In a surprising and lighthearted move, several members of the Jedi Council volunteered to perform. In a fit of propagandist genius and luck, a member of the party liason, namely Wan Vilde Noldyan, recognized the Jedi's Poster Boy, Anakin Skywalker, to be proficient in singing(Apparent during the Ansionian conflict) before the war. And so insisted his performance with his compatriots. With this announcement, the Jedi Concert was made the main highlight of the event.

With the acrobatic skills of Jedi Grand Master Yoda on Drums, the aggressive yet multihanded dexterity of Jedi Master Mace Windu on Bass, The Soresu art guiding Jedi Master Obiwan Kenobi's use of the Power Guitar, and finally Jedi Knight Serra Keto and her former youngling clan using ancient Jedi flow techniques as backup dancers and singers.

In front of an audience of clonetroopers and the galaxy at large the festivities began. During the Jedi presentation Holonet Ratings went through the roof, unbeaten until the Union of Luke and Mara Skywalker. Due mostly to mixure of Jedi Wizardy and Clone Action viewed during the concert. Unbeknownst to the rest of the galaxy, the highly charged event was all real and that there was an attempted assassination attempt on Jedi Skywalker. The clone seen shooting at Anakin Skywalker was in fact identified as an concealed assassin droid. All of which was found to be the fault of the local liason's lax security deployment. Unwilling to let a joyous and morale boosting event be spoiled by such a treacherous act, Skywalker disabled the assassin with style and rhythm in accordance with his preformance, so as not to alarm the general public.

Chief Bast

Until an official EU text confirms what Leeland Chee made up, Bast must be assumed to have survived the destruction of the first Death Star. Let me tell you why. All entries in the Holocron are created based on EU works. Since no EU work says he died, he didn't die. But, since an EU work (the holiday special) did say he survived, and no other work contradicts this, then he survived. An error in the Holocron like this cannot be taken as canon, despite the position Leeland Chee is in. Adamwankenobi 00:09, 23 Oct 2005 (UTC)

  • The name Bast is not mentioned at all during the scenes in the Holiday Special. The only reason to believe it *has* to be the same person is that it is played by the same actor. Do you see what I mean? Internal LFL policy states that the Imperial Officer seen in the Holiday Special ISN'T Chief Bast.     • It can go either way, really. Since his name isn't mentioned, you can assume either. He's implying there that since no other source mentions it, it is N-Canon. Well, he never specifically says that the Bast surviving is not canon.     • No, my point was that if it went to a lower level, and nothing above it contradicts it, then it has to rise up to C-level. I don't quite know what reason he has to have the opinion he does that Bast died, nor do I see the reason why he would want it that way. If the story went the way he wants it, then one would have to come up with an explanation as to why "that guy" with Vader looks so similar to Bast. However, the holiday special simply says he survived, which is easily understandable, since he was involved in analyzing the rebel attack on the Death Star in the first place.
