Memit Nadill
I apologize. I miscounted and believed the last time I uploaded it was the 3rd version, after which I would have taken it to the talk page. I am curious though why the image was reuploaded to a lower quality upload with the text in the text bubble removed. The original image had fan-altered coloring to it but retained the text in the text bubble. This image was in place for quite a long while. It was also much smaller than the accurate color, higher res scan (600dpi) I uploaded to replace it. I am curious why the image I uploaded was them replaced with a smaller, lower res (72dpi) image with the text bubble blanked out. - JMAS 16:48, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- Ozzel and I were simply trying to get rid of the artifact that appeared to run down the middle of Nadill's head in the copy that you uploaded. I uploaded a new copy, and cleared out the speech bubble simply because I do that in all pictures that I upload—and policy states we can do it either way, keep speech or remove it. Ozzel, at my request, cleaned up the image to get rid of pixels that I couldn't. That's the simple explanation of why the speech bubble was edited out—I did it. And also, though a lot of the time, higher rez does mean better quality, with this picture that wasn't the case as the higher rez copy had a glaring artifact running down his head. I tried scanning a higher rez copy of that picture, as did several others, and the higher rez we went, the more artifacts we got. So, that's the explanations of what transpired, and I hope that answers your questions on here :) Cheers, Greyman(Paratus) 17:39, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- Yes. The point is, if a problem like this arises, discuss it. Don't just revert and try to communicate through edit summaries. -- Ozzel 21:59, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for explaining that to me guys. I didn't see it before, but now that I've been told about it, I can see what you are referring to. I have a request then. I've taken Ozzel's version and tweaked the contrast ever so slightly to darken it a tiny bit. The contrast seems very light as it is now. May I go ahead and upload it? - JMAS 02:07, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

Beru's Age
- Unlike the age on Owen's article (which is based on the ANH script) Beru's age is a total guess, trying to rationalise the Ep II and Ep IV versions of Beru. So, yeah, it's fanon. QuentinGeorge 23:18, 20 October 2007 (UTC)
- By the way, I don't care what Shmi thinks....there is no way ANH Owen is 42!!! QuentinGeorge 23:21, 20 October 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, that was obviously a victim of Lucas' redoing the timeline for prequels. Oh well, hard life on Tatooine adding years to your life and all that, I suppose. Anyway, thanks for the info. -- Ozzel 23:35, 20 October 2007 (UTC)
- Pah, Lucas Smhucas, I blame the Ep II novelization author - there was no reason to make Owen the same age as Anakin, Cliegg is old enough for his first marriage to have been well into the past. Besides, the actor playing Owen was in his late twenties, early thirties... QuentinGeorge 23:39, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

Re
Really? I'd say he is disrupting Wookieepedia (or would be if he kept it up). Here's something from WP:POINT: If someone creates an article on what you believe to be a silly topic, and the community disagrees with your assessment on Wookieepedia:Votes for deletion...
- do make your case clearly on VfD, pointing to examples of articles that would be allowable under the rules the community is applying.
- don't create an article on an entirely silly topic just to get it listed on VfD.
Now, this may not be on VFD (actually TC) but still, he disagrees with the community decision and is creating lots of dumb articles to prove a point. He's gaming the system. Chack Jadson (Talk) 21:42, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Beru and Falcon scan trooper
I've got an HD screencap of Beru, virtually the same as the one you uploaded for her infobox image. Take a look, here, and if you approve of it, I'll upload it in place of the smaller one you have.
Also for image File:Falcon scan trooper.jpg, I have a HD screencap of that one also which you can see here. I'll upload it if you approve. - JMAS 04:39, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
- Ehh... I do appreciate your asking first, but I'd rather stick with what I've got for Beru now. Aside from that being a different frame where she's making kind of a weird face, I don't see any added definition. It looks more like a blown up DVD cap than an actual HD shot to me. Besides, what I've got is more than big enough for the infobox anyway. The trooper, though, I don't really care about, so feel free to go ahead with that one. -- Ozzel 05:49, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

Princess Kneesaa's article
Hi, Ozzel. I'm working on several Wookieepedia's articles, specially on Kneesaa's article. You know that I composed my own writings, combining with other Wookieepedia texts (including your writings about Wicket), and never copying texts from out of Wookieepedia. Now I'm seeing a Kneesaa's article with a high level I never could imagine. It have a long text, many images and only 3 red links at moment.
It's time to think about GA status for Kneesaa's article. I need your help to insert Notes and references on it, and I don't know how to do it. And I need Wookieepedia's help to review the Imperial-Ewok War text, that I included today. The article must be ready to loose the clean up advice.
Unfortunately, I don't have an idea to make more than 1000 words for introduction and "Behind the scenes" sessions. So, we can not think about FA status for the article, now. Do you have an idea?
Kneesaa and Wicket's articles have many points in common. It's not a surprise. The two characters enjoyed several adventures together. Kneesaa's article will always be smaller than Wicket's one, because the princess never had confirmed appearances in the movies, and the animated television series and print issues's productors chose Wicket to be the main character. But we must consider Kneesaa's high importance on Ewoks' plot (she was considered a strong leader, and may be considered an elder by the other ones, despite her young age). And Wicket W. Warrick could not be alive in the movies or could not be a warrior, if Kneesaa had done nothing for him. See Just My Luck, Night of the Stranger and other stories.
The Wicket's article is very good. Congratulations, Ozzel. I'll vote for this article's FA status. - Delmarnori 02:29, 25 November 2007
- I'm glad to see that her article has been getting some attention. But for it to make GA status, here's what I think it will need:
- Reference tags
- The parts taken from Wicket's article will need some work. I don't mind the copying personally, but I wrote everything with the focus on Wicket, only telling what was relevant to him. There may be things that are important to Kneesaa that I didn't cover, and so I think it would better if these parts were mostly rewritten.
- The whole article will need to be copyedited for grammar.
- It looks like there are several stories that still need to be covered, like The Crystal Cloak, Home Is Where the Shrieks Are, and The Tragic Flute. Even for GA, it needs to cover every source.
Darthtyler has expressed interest in helping you out some, but I'm pretty focused on Wicket right now and can't guarantee that I'll be of much help at the moment. But I would like to see the article make it eventually, and I may be able to help more after I finish Wicket. -- Ozzel 05:32, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
- I'll ask for Darthtyler's help. Now we must change the article, bit by bit.
About The Crystal Cloak, I can't write its synopsis without read other ones from out of Wookieepedia. At moment, I don't have a copy from this episode, to serve as source. - Delmarnori 08:38, 25 November 2007
- I tried to download The Crystal Cloak and The Wish Plant with SoulSeek. But this program is full of fails. No episode was found or downloaded. My priority is the episode The Wish Plant; so I ask you to invite me only this episode. It always comes with The Crystal Cloak at the same file. - Delmarnori 22:34, 17 December 2007
Thanks for invite me all the episodes. I wrote some questions about necessary appearances and GA/FA status at Talk:Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka. -- Delmar Nori 01:48, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

Trebla from the Ewoks animated series episodes "The Travelling Jindas" and "Curse of the Jindas"
Hi there Ozzel! I was just checking out your page for Trebla, the Jinda magician from the Ewoks animated series episodes "The Travelling Jindas" and "Curse of the Jindas" (by the way, glad to see someone doing pages for my favorite Ewoks characters and episodes. I love the Jindas!). I noticed you have Trebla listed as female, and possibly one of the Jinda dancers. Just curious, but where did you find this information? I always thought Trebla was male, and I don't remember anything in the two Jinda episodes to the affect of Trebla being female (mind you, its been a long time since I saw "Curse of the Jindas").
CherrypotionCherrypotion 19:55, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- I just double checked, and she is indeed obviously female. Perhaps you're thinking of Bondo? Anyway, I'll try to grab a screenshot for Trebla's article. -- Ozzel 00:31, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
AJ
I'm told you're a good person to ask for images from the Adventure Journals. Could you upload the image of Detien Kaileel from AJ #8 for me? Also, his CUSWE entry features info that isn't in his only appearance in the form I have it in, Tales from the Empire. I'm informed that the AJs can contain additional info about the characters not printed in the stories, and was wondering if you could verify that the stuff about his early life comes from there and let me know of any extra info. Mailing list
Hey, Oz. I've set up a private administrator mailing list to help coordinate the current administrators of the site, and I am attempting to contact each administrator to get them to subscribe. You can subscribe here. My point with setting up this mailing list to get all of the administrators of Wookieepedia operating on the same page, and in a more unified fashion. Regardless of any personal differences that may exist between some members, I still feel that it is important that we are all operating on the same level, with regards to knowledge of the site, and new/upcoming stuff that is going to happen—so, basically, this is an attempt to coordinate us all in an effort to help keep us on the same page with regards to new policies, new ideas, announcements, discussions, etc. In my opinion, we're all on the same team and this will only help us to be a more organized and cohesive working unit—even more so than we currently are. I've already spoken with a few admins via IRC, and they have liked my point of this whole thing, and have thus signed up—I would really appreciate it you could do likewise :) Any questions about this, you know where you can reach me. Cheers, Greyman

Hi, Colby!
My name's Ken, usually on Muppet, and now I've been reading Indy Wiki and this one. I was interested in expanding stuff like the soundtracks and "Story of" records that aren't listed here, but I noticed that there is a separate Star Wars Merchandise Wiki. Can you explain what the difference is between these two, and whether the records should be in both places, or one or the other? Thanks! -- Ken (talk) 03:29, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- Hey Ken. Some of that stuff can fall into a gray area, but generally, anything that is a book (or a story in another form like audio) goes here. The scope of the Merchandise Wiki regarding books is kinda fuzzy, but I think the less duplication, the better. Hope that helps! -- Ozzel 09:00, 25 May 2008 (UTC)

Hey Ozzel. Removed the category links to my workpage per request. If you know, please tell me, so i can see what my revised articles look like when i first view them. If not, I'll just leave the nowiki code in there. Thanks!
