Re:Have Sidious ever identified as Palpatine in the early seasons of Star Wars: The Clone Wars?

I rewatched a few of the scenes with Sidious in it, and I only heard him called "Chancellor", "sir" or "your excellency", never "Chancellor Palpatine". Also, when Dooku was speaking to him, I only heard him call Palpatine "my lord". I'll have to watch some more scenes to make sure though. -- Dr. Porter Resistance starbird (Talk|Contribs) 11:20, June 5, 2016 (UTC)

Sidious was called Chancellor? THat's what implied who he is. But, which episode? If that's true then he was already did. The makers didn't have to call him Palpatine, but giving something to implied him. This is to Dr. Porter.Unsigned comment by Nosferatuorlok (talk • contribs)
Are you asking if he was identified as Palpatine when using his dark side persona? In that case, I'd have to say no. But when he was using his Chancellor alter-ego, he was identified as Chancellor, such as in the episodes The Gungan General and The Zillo Beast Strikes Back. -- Dr. Porter Resistance starbird (Talk|Contribs) 08:04, June 6, 2016 (UTC)

Damn, surely he have to called Chancellor as... the Chancellor. But I think they have to giving hints and implied his identity in the first seasons (1, 2, 3, 4). Surely they don't identified him "Chancellor is Sidious" or "The Sith Lord is Palpatine", but they could hinted and implied it.Unsigned comment by Nosferatuorlok (talk • contribs)

Well, Palpatine's true identity had already been revealed in Revenge of the Sith. But yeah, I'm pretty sure it was only hinted at in the first seasons of The Clone Wars. -- Dr. Porter Resistance starbird (Talk|Contribs) 10:33, June 6, 2016 (UTC)
Well, I'm talking about people who just watch the show. Not people who knew it before. Just thinking you're one of them and you will get that. If Darth Sidious was hinted in the begin, then I see it as he was already identified.
