Out-of-universe

Please note that articles are to be written from an "in-universe" perspective, as opposed to Out-of-universe (OOU) perspective. For example, it is wrong to mention a book title such as Labyrinth of Evil in an article such as The Works, unless it is in the Behind the Scenes section. Cheers. --Azizlight 03:35, 18 January 2006 (UTC)

My Maul vs. Vader copilot

Thanks for being willing to keep an eye out for people deleting references to Resurrection. It'll be a tricky time for a while, getting people used to the idea - I can't think of another story so wildly and (apparently) obviously non-canonical being absorbed into the mythos in the past, so it may be a bumpy ride. Once again, my appreciation. Cutch 06:15, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

  • Once again, many thanks to following in my footsteps and adding

Resurrection to articles' sources and appearances. You're doing a great job. Cutch 19:50, 5 May 2006 (UTC)

Questions at Talk:Dark Jedi

I had some questions for you at the Anakin Skywalker section on the Dark Jedi discussion page, if you'd like to check it out. Jaywin 04:18, 17 May 2006 (UTC)

  • I left a response to your latest comment at the "Anakin Skywalker" section on the Dark Jedi discussion page, if you want to check it out. Jaywin 13:46, 18 May 2006 (UTC)
  • I liked your ideas on History of the Dark Jedi. Yeah, that would be quite a gargantuan task! However, I made an argument at the bottom of the Anakin Skywalker section as to why I think we should try to get Chee to further clarify and justify his statements on the issue before we proceed any further. Chee answered one question and basically created more questions in the process. I think you might like it. Jaywin 04:00, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
    • Thanks for your response over at Dark Jedi. Yeah, I agree that we should inquire Chee about his definition. If we can get a more "fine-tuned" definition from him, it would definitely make editing the Dark Jedi article much easier! How could we go about asking Chee to clarify his statement and address these issues? There's that blog we got his definition from, but I don't have a user name there. Do you or does anyone else you know have one there? Jaywin 16:25, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
    • Hi. That Dark Jedi article is coming along nicely. Did you notice, though, that in the history section that the First Great Schism and the Second Great Schism got mixed up? Jaywin 02:47, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

Anakin's death

In the history of Anakin Solo article, you said that George Lucas's interview about Anakin's death could be found in a e-book. Which ebook is that? —Mirlen 20:47, 20 May 2006 (UTC)

Pictures

Just thought you might be interested in these pictures: Exar Kun, Fredon Nadd, Naga Sadow, and Ulic Qel-Droma. I'll leave you to add them to articles, as I'm no good at that and can't be bothered. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 20:30, 8 June 2006 (UTC)

Freedon Nadd

Just wanted to say well done on Freedon Nadd. Looks like you did virtually all of the work yourself. Congrats on getting it to be a Featured Article! :o) --Eyrezer 09:03, 15 June 2006 (UTC)

  • That "spelling mistake" was a hold-over from when the wiki got changed to Polish some time last night! Fortunately it is fixed now. I've done a bit to a number of articles, but it is fun when you target one article and try and give it comprehensive coverage. I've only really done that to the Empire Reborn page. --Eyrezer 04:00, 16 June 2006 (UTC)

Talents

  • I frankly think that "unmatched" is a perfect NPOV use of the word. It is merely an observation being as there has not been any character in SW universe that has displayed the type of mastery Luke has, thus justifying the use of "unmatched." The word "exceptional" hurts the article. While by definition it is true, it doesn't reflect Luke's true capability as his skills have been unrivaled by any other character in the SW universe. Luke as a Jedi master is without equal or rival; peerless, and does not represent a point of view, merely stating what we already know, and it has been indirectly stated. I mean it was practically stated by Troy Denning. I see no problem with the word. DarthMalus 15:58, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

Dun Möch

Er... I'm not sure if this is the correct place to put this (I'm rather new here, y'see), but here goes:

I recently added a rather interesting (well, I thought it was, anyway...) tid-bit of historical information under the "Behind the Scenes" heading in the "Dun Möch" entry.

Now, not once but twice, you've edited the opening lines to read "It was possible..." - which doesn't make any sense, and isn't even grammatically correct.

I reverted the edit back to my original text the first time, but now that you've done it again I decided to come and ask "Why?" rather than carry on wasting time by switching it back and forth.

So... Why?

Thanks for your time, -Alex

Dooku, to the death (It's pretty short, really)

  • Hi, Have we talked? I'm the notorious gunrunner of the headless courpes pic. I'm wondering, have I made good contribs. to Dooku ? I have my nest in Jabba the Hutt, where you can always find me. I've just learned to get screenshots, and it's really fun. I'm trying to do two articles, of major characters nether-the-less. It's tuff. Before I started on the death scean pics., All it had was the fight, him on his knees, and his dead body by Annie. I added, a great expression on his face after his hands are removed, with him and the sowards by his neck (which I replaced with a better pic., then it was replaced with an even better pic.), then that pic. with his head toppling off. That was replaced. Though some pics. Anakins hand off wasn't, surprisingly on the original article before I uploaded it. thanks, hope I'm help. --Jabbathehuttgartogg DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile DesilijicEmblem-TheOfficialSWFactFile 03:33, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

Luke Skywalker

  • Well, Kevinmhk, I understand if the New Republic era is not your main concern- I'll take care of that- but could you provide info from Marvel Star Wars as I don't have any of those. Thanks, Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 14:37, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
  • That's a start for sure. I will personally cover: Thrawn trilogy w/your help, Outbound flight w/your help, I, Jedi, Hand of Thrawn, with your help, First Corellian Crisis, Darksaber, Jedi Search, Dark Apprentice, and Champions of the Force, Children of the Jedi, Planet of Twilight, Crystal Star, and the New Rebellion. (Basically most of the older Bantam books), if you will cover after that. I have no knowledge of Dark Empire, Marvel Star Wars, or pretty much anything after NJO, and not too much about NJO. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 14:44, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
  • By the way, thanks for keeping a watchful on my preferred Form. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 14:45, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
    • I am a combat forms fan also, although I have relatively little subject material. You should the discussion I had with User:Anakin Solo and the much longer one I had with User:Bis6. Both of them questioned the effectiveness of Ataru on my talk page and I had to respond. Signing off for now. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 14:57, 1 September 2006 (UTC)

Re: Inspiration

  • Darth Kevinmhk, please come out and vote for I-Drive as it is close this weekend. "Every vote counts." I would prefer you vote for Spy, but it's entirely up to you. I'm glad I was an inspiration. Hey, I think between the two of us we can make a standardized set of lightsaber form userboxes. Probably shouldn't put them on userbox proposal, but I like red for Makashi (Dooku) and green for Ataru (Yoda). How about a violet tint for VII in honor of Mace and a blue tint on Soresu in honor of Obi-Wan? I'll make a subpage for lightsaber stuff. Happy editing and confusion to your enemies. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 16:15, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
  • All right, I'll get right on the flagship article. I have lots of ideas. Also, for Djem So, I suggest either a dark red emphasizing power and strength, and in homage to Vader, but that may not be the best color. Thank you for voting. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 16:58, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
  • I have started a lightsaber form userbox subpage. Feel free to add names to the list. I am placing your Form II: Makashi box on there, but I modified it slightly for better uniformity with the other boxes. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 16:32, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
  • How do you like the flagship article? Is that what you were looking for? Also, any thoughts on the Form V userbox color- I suggest either a dark red, or maybe a dark orange. I like what you did with the userbox page, but I'm pretty sure we will have to correct Vrook and Zez-Kai, because as was said in the Senate Hall, they teach different forms depending on the order of planets. I don't know about Kavar, but I think he always teaches Juyo. So Zez-Kai and Vrook have to know both IV and V. Interestingly enough, on Dantooine in the final Enclave when they have you stasised and Kreia shows up, Vrook is holding his saber in the opening stance of Ataru. Just a thought. Cooperation

I would be much abliged if you would aid me, by voting Nute Gunray as a featured article. Thank you.--CountDooku13(Hyper-Communications Cartel)20px 22:20, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

Voting

Darth Kevinmhk, you might be interested in a proposed policy change known as Forum:Administrator Voting. It's on consensus track, but I thought it would be better to get more people to vote. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 19:11, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

Force Weapon

You mentioned this power being used by Palpatine for his various projects. While he does indeed channel the Dark Side into his pets, I think it's a different power from this one. Same idea, but Force Weapon is used for making weapons better somehow. Do you have any examples of him making Dark Trooper melee weapons better, or should I just revert? --LightWarden 02:49, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

Kar Vastor

YOu have done lots on Kar Vastor but the article still needs tons of improving. Are you doing anymore work on that?-Darkn00b 18:35, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
