I assume this is where I'm supposed to contact you
Sorry if it isn't....Can you make moving .gif files? Cos I'd like to know how and also if it would be possible for you to make a moving picture from Revenge of the Sith, I'll specify later... thanks Jagged Fel, the man formerly known as Humorbot (Yo!)20px
- You just need to take a screenshot in your DVD-player of each frame in the sequence you want to animate (depending on you DVD-player, this can be tricky), and then put them together in an animation in Photoshop or PhotoPlus or which ever graphics program you have. PhotoPlus is freely available for download. Just search for "Serif PhotoPlus 6.0", and you should find sites to download it from. KEJ 00:43, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks Jagged Fel, the man formerly known as Humorbot (Yo!)20px
- right, how do I go about getting the DVD to show me the film frame by frame rather than normal speed...(I can get it to 1/4 speed, but I still think thats too quick) I have three DVD players (not including my computer) so if you describe what you do with yours it seems likely at least one of my players will be similar. Thanks again Jagged Fel, the man formerly known as Humorbot (Yo!)20px
- Check if your computer DVD-player can do it. My problem is that my computer DVD player can't play it one frame at the time (and my other computer,s broken), so I just take a whole bunch of snapshots really fast and then put them together in PhotoPlus. KEJ 19:27, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
Procedure and such
- Sorry to disappoint, but you can only vote for one WOTM nomination. I know sometimes it's hard to pick just one, but that's how the cookie crumbles. :-) Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 02:16, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
- Ah, thanks for informing me. I didn't even notice that. I've removed all my votes. KEJ 11:43, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

[[:File:DSaward.png|thumb|I, Eyrezer, hereby award you the Retro Star Award for your great work on articles relating to the SWAJ 2.]]
- I just wanted to say great work on adding all those articles. I know it was a while back now, but I have been implementing the new Template:Journal, and was very impressed. --Eyrezer 04:46, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
- Hey, thanks. I'm honored ;-) KEJ 16:53, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

Good day to you
Where is your guestbook, I cant find it anywhere. If you don't have one make one so I can sign it. Admiral Arm-Ja Scobal, Dark Lord of the Sith (Guestbook) 16:18, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

Zirtran's Anchor
- You're welcome. :-) I have a lot of fond memories of the stuff in SWAJ5, which was my first AJ . . . unfortunately, I've read it so much that pages are starting to fall out, which is why I haven't created many articles out of it. ;-) jSarek 20:01, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
Subcategories
How do you add subcategories to categories? If you can't tell me, then at least add blaster carbines or take out blaster pistols and blaster rifles and add blaster weapons to personal weapons. It will make it much easier to recategorize.--Ryluk Shouja(Bouny Hunters Guild)10:55, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- Oh that's easy. I'll tell you on your talk page. KEJ 11:00, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
Re:Selkath Fan
I love aquatic species, such as the Quarren, yet the Selkath are above all the most fascinating. I have studied on them for a while now and I feel like I am adequately prepared to expand their article, which is my primary objective, to get Selkath to FA status.--Shaelas(Ahto City) 13:10, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- That would be cool. KEJ 13:20, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
- That's the plan at the moment. Your welcome to help if you'd like. Right now I'm trying to sort out a continuity conflict between two canonical sources that have Manaan in two different locations. It's in the senate hall now.--Shaelas(Ahto City)

- Well, I'll help if I can. Selkath are not my speciality. KEJ 14:44, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

Do you think that my english is.. good?
Sourcing question
I'm sourcing Ulic Qel-Droma, and there's a few items in the BtS whose source I don't know. I saw you added this part (with a few changes over time), so I thought you might be able to help:
In an interview, Tom Veitch told that there is a connection between Ulic and Luke Skywalker, pointing out that "Ulic" is intended to be a kind of anagram of "Luke". He also pointed out the differences between Luke and Ulic: "So the idea is, we take a young idealistic hero, don't make him look like Skywalker, make him a different person, but the definite type — the impulsive, young warrior who's very sure of himself." Again this is a character trait shared with Anakin Skywaker, who is much more self-confident than Luke.
If I had to guess, I'd say the interview in the Sources in AJ2 (since apparently you added a lot more from that issue), but I thought I'd check. - Lord Hydronium 06:29, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
- That is, indeed, the source. KEJ 07:46, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
- All right, thanks. - Lord Hydronium 07:51, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

KEJ,
Do you have a email, for contact? If you you have,do you prefer that I call you like KEJ?

- For a complete explanation, I will link to this discussion: Forum:Excessive useless edits. To clarify, this proposal is only out to get people who only contribute to userpage and usertalk. You'd have to devote more than half of your Wookieepedia contributions to user page edits to be in trouble with the new policy proposal. It's designed to reduce the amount of people who want to use this site solely for social purposes. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 02:12, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

LucasArts Insider
Hey man, just came here to remember you to include a link of the LucasArts Insider website in the article :) Stake black msg 20:36, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

Platt
Hi KEJ. I have been researching Platt Okeefe in preparation for an expansion of her article, and I now have all the major sources involving her. However, what I'm still looking for are any relevant pieces of information on Okeefe that may be found in her various Smuggler's Logs or the Galaxywide NewsNets articles that mention her. An example of what I'm looking for is Okeefe's encounter with the Dread Pirate, Mendel Cutter while she was a "waif".
Having seen your SWAJ contributions to the Wookieepeida, I wondered if you could help at all? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! --Eyrezer 08:37, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
- I'll have a look at the SWAJ issues I have whenever I get the time, and I'll add any information that might be missing from the article. KEJ 22:31, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
Thank you
For your wisdom and input in the Burl Ives nominations. I'd give you a wookieecookiee, but I haven't eaten for hours. Darth Maddolis 08:21, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
- Eerr.... okay, well then you eat it. ;-) Not that it takes much wisdom to see that that nomination is totally off the planet. KEJ 08:23, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
- Totally out of the SW *galaxy*. Anyway, thanks. The more resistance, the better it is for Star Wars. Darth Maddolis 08:34, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, I can't believe the Inqs approved of this article in the first place. Or maybe I can... if you get my drift (I'm sure this statement will get me into trouble). KEJ 08:36, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
- Hi KEJ. With regards to Burl Ives, I suggest you visit this forum and vote—and try and find some other votes also. --Eyrezer 09:01, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

A Request
Perhaps you could help me a bit with formatting. I seem to have run across the age-old "resolution" problem with my user page. It simply depends upon what resolution a computer is set to as to how the user page will appear. Can you offer any aid in the form of formatting code recommendations so that I can organize the user page in a resolution-consistent manner? --School of Thrawn 101 13:01, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
Appreciate the help, it solved my formatting issue. --School of Thrawn 101 02:39, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
Plif the Ladies' man
Well thanks for adding the info...I had no idea. Plus, I felt obligated to expand it...I despise "list" BtS's. .... 10:00, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
- We have then so people can add little bits of trivia about a character without actually writing about it. Time for a(nother) change, methinks. But my recent actions have polarised the site. So I'm not going to scream for the blood of listed BtSs yet. .... 10:20, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
Search icons
I was wondering if you might try something. I've got no official basis for this request, just a pet peeve. Could you redo some of your recently added Search icons, like Jerec and Boc, without chopping the top of their heads off? *L* Sorry, it just makes me grit my teeth when I see that, can't explain it other than I think it doessn't look that great and doesn't seem necessary. - JMAS 12:17, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry, I won't redo them. I like the "arty" effect it gives. KEJ 12:35, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
On a completely unrelated note, I'm wondering if I might persuade you to vote on a particular QotD. This Penny Arcade quote/dialogue is perfect for a QotD and I really would like to see it make it to queue. Even if you don't vote, thanks for considering it. *waves fingers* You will vote for this quote. - JMAS 14:21, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
Gammorean Search Icon
Not that I even care, but the second Gammorean search icon on your sub-page was actually made by me. I gave the link on the IRC and Redemption uploaded it. Re: Trash Compactor
- I've been active in TC discussions for awhile, so you could say it's an unofficial official chore, if that makes any sense at all. I did sign up for it on WP:A, so you could say it's sort of a job of mine. Per this thread: [1], we decided upon Esjs's compromise, which can be found at this thread. [2] Basically, you're supposed to provide a reason along with your vote. Of course, "Per USERNAME" votes are fine. As long as you do that, the vote will be considered legal. I am not going to heavily enforce that, but it is official policy. Atarumaster88

It's not just you; nobody can upload images at the moment. I can still delete those if you want, but you may just want to wait until this gets fixed. (Hopefully soon.) -- Ozzel 10:29, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

Me
I was recently browsing the QoD page, and I see my name in quite a few comments. Did I miss something? Did a vandal hijack my account or something?--CT-5619 helmet comlink 21:53, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
- No. Don't worry. It's a template that inserts the username of the account that is looking at the page in question. So when you look at it, it inserts your name, and when I look at it it inserts my name. The template is this one {{username}} and it's pretty harmless. KEJ 10:46, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
