Image Sources
Hi Erl. Please be sure that when you upload images you note their source. If the image is protected by copyright and believe you can use it under "Fair Use" please note it with the tag {{fairuse}}. If it is a screenshot, use {{screenshot}} and {{promotional}} for a promotional image. This helps protect us from outright theft of images and violation of copyright. Thanks. --SparqMan 14:30, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Image use
Hi Erl. Please do not replace the canon images in articles with fanon CGI images, especially without posting about it on the article's talk page first. --SparqMan 18:00, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- You should only add an image to an article if you feel that it would make it more useful and informative. If an article lacks any imagery and you wish to add one, you should search the Internet for an image that is canon (that is, comes from an authorized, published source). If you can't determine or do not know the source of an image, you should not upload it. Once you have found an image, upload it and include the source information as well as a proper tag regarding its copyright status. Copyright information only need appear on the image page, not in pages that use the image. Hope this helps. --SparqMan 20:24, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)
categories
Categories shouldn't have a ton of text in them. They usually have just a 1 or 2 sentence description, and the list of articles they contain is from category tags in each article. To see what I mean, go to Special:Categories and look at the edit page links. So, most of the text in your Category:Biotechnology will probably be moved to a separate biotechnology or List of biotechnology article, and the category will fill up as people categorize each article on your list. You made a pretty good list and a neccesary category, but they really should be seperate.-LtNOWIS 02:50, 17 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Datestamp
Four tildes ~~~~ produces the time and date stamp with your sig. To further customize it, check User talk:Jack Nebulax. —Silly Dan (talk) 17:58, 26 February 2006 (UTC)
Book & Comic Improvement Drive
Based on an idea of user Xwing328's, I propose we begin a "published works improvement drive," attempting to improve the articles for each book and comic book in chronological order, as well as the articles they are the sources or appearances for. My idea is that we simply work in chronological order. The first comic chronologically is the "Tales of The Jedi: Golden Age of the Sith" graphic novel/comic book series. I encourage anyone and everyone who has it to go to the talk page and begin to build up the article, as well as other articles that are sourced in that material. After that, we can move on to "Tales of the Jedi: Fall of the Sith Empire" until we reach modern times. I regret to say that I don't have any materials from that timeframe, but if we get a good response I will post consistently on each current talk page, and will work on any materials I do have. If response is excellent, we might even be able to start a seperate page with requests for specific edits--The Erl 18:26, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
- Suppport (obviously). I don't have many comics, but I'll definitely contribute what information I can find. --Xwing328 22:04, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
Article naming conventions
Hey Erl, sorry if you thought my "tough crowd" was aimed at you, I was actually reacting to the lukewarm response to my, admittedly lame, attempt at humour. I thought your idea was well presented, even though I didn't agree with it. --Rudy 07:23, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
Dates
Erl, that's great and all you're trying to help, but simply putting 1 or 4 behind the category will not further sort them out any better than before. You might want to add two additional zeroes before the 1 or 4, and in the case of 11 and 12, one additional zero. Go see for yourself. -- Riffsyphon1024 22:30, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, you're right. As an admin, could you revert all of my date changes (they were all in a row, it should be a piece of cake), and I'll make a List of Dates, so that it can be ordered effortlessly.--Erl 22:34, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
- I have a better idea. If you look on my user page, you will find a already assembled table from Wikipedia with all the dates on there. I could place this on the category page at the top. -- Riffsyphon1024 22:37, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
RE: *Censored*
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you from the message you left on my talk page. :) But it depends on how much you'd be paying for the Episode I Adventures...I personally love the stories and only paid £20 (about $40 if you're in the USA) for all of them plus the accompanying game book (yes, each book actually comes with another book; many people just don't sell them) as well as the cards. I'd say anything above £50 was rediculous, but it truly depends on how much you want to complete a collection. —Jaymach Ral'Tir (talk) 04:16, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
About Mace Windu
I was a little confused at first, I didn't notice that those were novel quotes, I thought they were supposed to be from the movie. That would make them wrong, so I removed them. I think I did start a movie quote section for him.
Anons
Hey, thanks for talking to that anon. I usually do as well, but it seems to have escaped me today :). Later, RMF 02:43, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
Tutakan
The first (and only) instance of it is on pgs 15 and 16. If it wasn't for the magic of e-books, I wouldn't have been able to find it. Hope that helps! Shadowtrooper talk 19:16, 7 April 2006 (PDT)
Re: I USED YOUR TAG!
LOL...I guess I came on too late to see it, but much appreciated. It had to happen sooner or later. =) CooperTFN 03:28, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
Spike
Yeah, definatley. That's the thing with the webstrips, you add info one day and by the next it's changed completely sometimes. Cheers for changing the page. :) Tam 07:47, 15 April 2006 (UTC)

Naming Conventions CT
Sorry, only admins can close Consensus Track discussions. I reverted your edit, but I wanted to leave you a note as well. I have brought it up with some of the admins, and it should be closed fairly soon. RMF 00:58, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
Legend of the Jedi
You placed a NPOV challenge on the Legend of the Jedi page. We don't mind fixing it but if it is possible could you point of the problem with it as we still can't find the issue. Cdscottie 17:46, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
Thrawn novels
I made the Thrawn novels category only for the novels, as I have been trying to better organize the novels categories. But I suppose it would be a good idea to make a separate category for all Thrawn stories. Adamwankenobi 03:01, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

Your signature
I've noticed that your signature will incorporate the title of the page. It works if youre the Erl of the Forum, but not the Erl of the Riffsyphon1024. -- Riffsyphon1024 11:04, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
- And I'd still like you to consider changing your code as it impliments the current page no matter where you go. Are you the Erl of the Erl too? -- Riffsyphon1024 02:41, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
Hey you xD
- In fact I did! =D Hope you don't mind mate. I don't mind doormats.. I am one myself lol xD

Rudy/test
- Hi Erl, I created the test page incorrectly as it should be been User:Rudy/test page. I made the move as you suggested on my talk page. Thanks for letting me know. --Rudy 01:46, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
Re: Oh my god!
- Hey thanks man :). I agree Adalric beats Halagad anyday (but Abel has said that he wanted Adalric Brandl as his screenname initially so it's still cool ;)). Now I just have to get off my lazy butt and fill in the red links. What Shatterpoint characters are you thinking of? Cull Tremayne 05:08, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
Hey Thanks!
Hi Erl! Thank you for solving my problem of Forzi Ghoul entry. I wanted to delete it because I found another entry (Forzi Ghul). The fact is that in the spanish version of the Dark Rendezvous (Encuentro Oscuro), which I own, that Padawan is named Forzi Ghoul. This name appears just once in the whole book, so when I saw Forzi Ghul I supposed it was a type error when it was traduced to spanish, but I don't know. --Battle Surgeon talk

Bugnaught
There's not a source that states it, but they are visually identical. They are not the only CW Cartoon bloodsport design to make it into that issue though, as there is also a Trogodile.JustinGann 01:24, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- There's also the fact both stories are set on Rattatak. Not every picture of an AAT has to be labeled AAT for you to know it is one.JustinGann 01:41, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
