Hello, I'm sorry, I don't like communicating with Wookieepedia people outside of the Talk Page system. I won't get into hypothetical Sith names, but I'll explain the origins of Taral. Taral originally came from the Darth Who Contest, which was a contest where fans could propose the name that Jacen Solo would take when he became a Sith Lord in the book Sacrifice. Though the winner was Darth Caedus, one of the options was Darth Taral. The proposal explained both a hypothetical in-universe meaning, as well as a real-life etymology to the word. The in-universe was that it was Ancient Sith for "He Who Protects", but the real-life was based on the word Tare, which has implications for Balance. I thought it was great, with ideas of balancing the Light and Dark Side. I also liked the fact that it seemed gender-neutral. I'm a guy, and use the name (either as Taral or Darth Taral) as my own Sith name, but I sometimes use it (unofficially, fanfic) as the name Tahiri might have chosen.
