The Battle of Ord Vaug was fought in 17 BBY during the reign of the Galactic Empire as part of the Western Reaches Operation of the Reconquest of the Rim, a pacification of Separatist holdouts by Imperial forces directed from the ground by the decorated General Hurst Romodi. Footage of the Battle of Ord Vaug and preceding Battle of Kelrodo-Ai was captured by HoloNet News crews, making Romodi famous to the citizens of the Empire, while the battle was adapted into an Imperial holodrama production.[1]
