Being as I am a huge LEGO Star Wars fan, has anyone bought the new UCS Imperial AT-AT Walker yet? If so, I'd love to know on my Talk Page please! It's price has skyrocketed and is a whopping £749! (It's approaching nearly $1000 in Canada!) It's dissapointing that the set only incliudes roughly 9 LEGO minifigures (I may be wrong though), unlike the LEGO Moc 4044 which contains a full Legion of 40 Imperial Snowtroopers, 2 AT-AT Pilots, and a General Veers minifigure, the official LEGO Walker only contains, 2 AT-AT Pilots, General Veers, and 5 Imperial Snowtrooper minifigures. The LEGO 4044 Moc costs roughly £300- £400 (depending on where you live), although it has a slight downfall: Only online PDF's are available for this LEGO Moc and no physical bricks have been produced for this fantastic LEGO Moc! It was originally designed on the LEGO Designer App, which is available for Android, iOS, Windows 10 and various other platforms. (Note: the Windows 10 is capped at Version 4.1.12, unlike the newer more detailed App iterations). Please do share your thoughts on the UCS Imperial Walker and the LEGO 4044 Moc, It would be much appreciated!
I am also (hopefully) going to purchase the LEGO Star Wars Skywalker Saga Video Game for Xbox consoles. Many LEGO sets like the AT-AT walker, and the TIE Fighter sets allow you to connect these vehicles to the game, thus unlocking them in-game! Which is pretty awesome you also get a "Blue Milk LEGO Luke Skywalker minifigure" too! With the UCS AT-AT you recieve Luke Skywalkers Collectible LEGO Lightsaber! I don't tend to buy many official LEGO Star Wars sets, I tend to make my own versions of key vehicles (or Moc's for short), my most prized Moc is the LEGO Stormtrooper E-11 Blaster Rifle and the official LEGO set, the Stormtrooper Helmet. (Which is part of the LEGO Star Wars: Helmet Collection)
Also the Star Wars Eclispe game trailers look hyper-realistic! I thought it was a new film, like the film called Kenobi, which is available on Disney+ and It's only 60 seconds, it is also a Teaser Trailer, which will eventually lead to the official trailer being released (hopefully)
Lucasfilm Ltd plan to refilm the old prequel films (The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith) because although these films are vintage the filming, props and acting back in 2005 wasn't fantastic! Although, Lucasfilm Ltd will not be filming the Original Trilogy (A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi), because the films are 100% vintage and changing the Original Trilogy (in my opinion) would ruin the whole Star Wars franchise!
