Unit two-five was a prison labor subunit of the Narkina 5 Imperial Prison Complex on[1] the moon[2] It consisted of one hundred men split between two shifts.[1] In 5 BBY,[3] a prisoner from Level 4 was mistakenly transferred into the unit after his sentence finished, revealing to the prisoners in the unit that they would never be released, only transferred elsewhere. After this revelation, they began causing trouble, and so the Imperials killed the entire unit using the electrified flooring of the prison while both shifts were on a skybridge. The Imperials hoped this would keep the unit's discovery quiet,[1] but word got out and several days later the other prisoners took control of the facility in an uprising and escaped.[4]
