Unidentified viceroy of Lechra

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An individual served as viceroy of the world Lechra during the reign of the Galactic Empire.^[1] By 4 ABY,^[2] Princess Leia Organa had visited the world, during which she established a connection with the viceroy.^[1] That year,^[2] Organa sent a holomessage to the viceroy in the hopes they would side with the forming New Republic in the aftermath of the Battle of Endor. In the message, the princess offered the viceroy specific aid or personal favors that she knew they would desire and need, and she was reasonably confident that because of her established connection with the viceroy she could convince them to side with the Republic.^[1]
