A veranda in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant was decorated with stained glass windows. One of them depicted[1] Jedi Master and Jedi Lord[2] Valenthyne Farfalla[1] who served the Jedi Order during the Ruusan campaign of the New Sith Wars.[2]

Upon their return to the Jedi Temple after Ahsoka Tano reclaimed her lightsaber from the underworld criminals Cassie Cryar and Ione Marcy, Jedi Master Tera Sinube conversed with Tano as they walked the halls. Confident that she had learned the necessity of patience, Sinube had one final request of the Padawan before they parted ways: to pass on what she had learned. He then led her to a classroom of younglings, who were being instructed in the basics of lightsaber combat by Jedi Grand Master Yoda. Sinube greeted the diminutive Master and stood next to him, while Tano explained the importance of keeping track of one's own lightsaber.[1]

An unidentified veranda first appeared in "Lightsaber Lost," the eleventh episode of the second season of the animated television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars.[1] It was first pictured by Wayne Lo in his unused concept sketch titled "Jedi Temple stained glass art sketches" in the The Art of Star Wars: The Clone Wars booklet, released with the Star Wars: The Clone Wars Seasons 1-5 Collector's Edition. The sketches depicted Odan-Urr, Nomi Sunrider and Ulic Qel-Droma,[3] the characters from the comic book series Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi.[4]

The complete artwork was included in the production journal of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars The Complete Season Two.[5] The first pair of images depicted Nomi Sunrider severing Ulic Qel-Droma's connection to the Force from the sixth issue of the comic book miniseries Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi – The Sith War.[6] The third pair of images depicted Odan-Urr and his Jedi Master Ooroo in the library, and Grand Master Yoda.[5] The fourth pair depicted Valenthyne Farfalla leading the Army of Light, and the death of Jedi Master Pernicar. The last pair depicted Lord Hoth putting a Sith minion in stasis field and the arrival of Farfalla from the 2006 novel Darth Bane: Path of Destruction.[7]
