A vegetable farmer lived on a planet prior to the war between the First Order and the Resistance. At some point before the Hosnian Cataclysm[1] in 34 ABY,[2] the smuggler Ana Tolla and her crew destroyed the farmer's crops after they refused to sell their land to commercial developers hoping to construct skyscrapers.[1] That year,[2] the razing of the farmer's harvest was recounted as a story to one of Tolla's new colleagues, the smuggler Izal Garsea. While on the Outer Rim planet Actlyon with Tolla not long after, Garsea contemplated the crew's past endeavors—including their incident with the vegetable farmer—and felt that their jobs were often ones that others were unwilling to take.[1]
Behind the scenes
The vegetable farmer was mentioned in the 2019 young-adult novel A Crash of Fate, written by Zoraida Córdova.[1]
