A stormtrooper served as a sergeant in the Galactic Empire's Stormtrooper Corps during the Galactic Civil War. Eventually, prior to the mission to the Kudo system undertaken by Squadron Five of the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, the Stormtrooper Commander defected from the Empire and joined an Imperial faction along with Admiral Gratloe, the ISD Celerity, and the mining facility on Kudo.[2]
