The Jedi padawan Nes Ukul sacrificed himself on a planet he did not know the name of, in order to save a sentient species whose language he could not speak.[1]

Behind the scenes

The species was first mentioned in the short story "The End of History," which was written by Alexander Freed and published in Star Wars Insider 154 in 2014.
