Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A spaceport was located in Milvayne City on the planet Milvayne. Chelli Lona Aphra and 0-0-0 parked their ship there. When the border officer there asked for I.D. and authorization documents, Aphra attempted to bribe him with Milvayne credits. He noticed this, and 0-0-0 tortured and killed him in order to leave the spaceport.[1]
