A male signals officer was a member of the Galactic Empire.[1] In 1 BBY,[2] the signals officer informed the Sith Lord Darth Vader that several large vessels had entered the Kamino system. Vader told him to inform Fleet Commander Touler that it was time to begin the battle.[1]
