The rival of King Siroc was a male individual who had a claim to the throne of Pastoria. Knowing the First Order would eventually arrive on Pastoria and that his rival would try resist them, Siroc aimed to be the one to attempt to negotiate with them. Siroc's intelligence agents learnt of his travel schedule, and Siroc tricked the members of Black Squadron into assisting with an attack on his rival's transport, destroying it and killing his rival.[2]
