A prison was built on the capital of Csilla, Csaplar before Senior Captain Thrawn's last stand. It contained various cells, such as one that contained General Yiv the Benevolent of the Nikardun Destiny. Yiv was visited on multiple occasions to gather information on the Nikardun remnants after his defeat. He was also interrogated by Admiral Ar'alani before he was exiled after he informed Ar'alani of Jixtus and his allies in exchange of him being exiled. The prison also held Captain Fsir prisoner.[1]

The prison appeared in the 2021 novel Thrawn Ascendancy: Lesser Evil, the final installment in the Star Wars: The Ascendancy Trilogy written by Timothy Zahn.[1]
