A Vak male held the title of premier on the Unknown Regions Vak Combine nation's planet of Primea.[1] In 19 BBY,[2] the premier became acquainted with the Nikardun General Yiv, and the two had spoken at length while the Nikardun was on Primea, as he had hoped to subjugate the Vak Combine. While the Chiss Senior Captain Mitth'raw'nuruodo, core name "Thrawn," was on Primea under a false identity, he spoke to Yiv about the architecture of the premier's office, as it had both a public entrance and a private one. The two individuals agreed that a private entrance would be beneficial for the premier for moving back and forth between public and private events.[1]

Behind the scenes

The premier was mentioned in the 2020 novel Thrawn Ascendancy: Chaos Rising, the first installment of Timothy Zahn's Star Wars: The Ascendancy Trilogy.[1]
