A pit fighter fought at[2] the Garkata Fighting Arena[3] on the Smuggler's Moon Nar Shaddaa.[2] By 3 ABY,[1] the fighter was sponsored by the Besalisk Doc Ragon in a fight against the pit fighter Wyrmen Lictor. During the fight, Lictor killed her opponent, costing Ragon a bundle of credits. As a result of the fighter's death, the Besalisk desired to see the death of Lictor in revenge.[2] That year,[1] Ragon brought up the fallen pit fighter and their defeat against Lictor when[2] he[4] spoke with the bounty hunter Boba Fett about a way Fett could cover the cost of a job the Besalisk was to do for him.[2]

Behind the scenes

The pit fighter was created for War of the Bounty Hunters Alpha 1, a one-shot comic that was the first issue of the crossover event Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters. The issue was written by Charles Soule and published by Marvel Comics[2] on May 5, 2021. Prior to the release of the comic, the pit fighter was mentioned in a preview article of the issue released on StarWars.com on April 28 of the same year.[5]
