A male lieutenant served the Galactic Empire's palace guard corps that protected Imperial Governor Bidor Ferrouz's palace on the planet Poln Major.^[1] In 0 ABY,^[2] the lieutenant escorted Ferrouz's Rebel ally, Vestin Axlon, to the governor's office. On his way to the office, the lieutenant encountered Emperor's Hand Mara Jade, who claimed that Imperial Major Pakrie had given her permission to get Axlon to Ferrouz's office. The palace guard asked for authorization, which Jade was unable to provide. The Emperor's Hand attempted to contact Pakrie, but the major did not respond, prompting her to shout in fury. The lieutenant, who did not wish to anger Jade, allowed the other to join Axlon's escort. Shortly after, Jade and the Rebel entered Ferrouz's office.^[1]
