This individual was an officer on the planet Wielu. Sometime in 20 BBY, the officer assisted in the arrest of the crime boss Traygura after the boss and her entire crew were defeated at her hideout by Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Ahsoka Tano.[1]
