Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A three-story office building was located in Xanas City. During the Galactic Civil War, the arms dealer Magresh operated out of the building until Captain Noran Vran of the Galactic Empire's 656th regiment had it blown up in retaliation for him stealing medical supplies from the regiment and forcing Vran to buy them back from him.[1]
