An individual observed Chiss Mitth'raw'nuruodo, who had been exiled to a planet where Chiss Ascendancy Supreme General Ba'kif selected as it was likely that Thrawn encountered the Galactic Empire, from a discreet distance.[1] Around 18 BBY,[2] Ba'kif informed Chiss Admiral Ar'alani that the observer would watch the exiled Chiss.[1]

Behind the scenes

The observer was mentioned in the 2021 novel Thrawn Ascendancy: Lesser Evil, the final volume in Timothy Zahn's Ascendancy Trilogy.[1]
