Around 9 ABY, a mythosaur resided in the Living Waters, a sacred place beneath the ruins of the capital city Sundari on the planet Mandalore. Lady Bo-Katan Kryze discovered the legendary mythosaur when she rescued Din Djarin from drowning in its depths. Having firmly believed that the mythosaur was but a myth that was only deemed true by the zealots of the orthodox Children of the Watch,[1] Kryze did not tell Djarin, a member of the group, about her sighting of the creature, but nevertheless was persuaded to embrace the group's ways.[2]
