This unknown executive was the chairman of the mining company coalition that controlled the planet of Belthu. The chairman was a supporter of Warlord Zsinj.[1]

During Night Caller's visit to Belthu, the chairman spoke with Captain Zurel Darillian, who was Wraith Squadron pilot Garik Loran in disguise, and provided him with a price list for the world's latest stockpile of ores.[1]
