Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An island was located on the astronomical object Cethis, south of the settlement Haven. After the blight threatened Haven, the Republic Defense Coalition built a small settlement consisting of prefabricated homesteads, municipal buildings, and a water-filtering plant, evacuating the refugees to the island.[1]
