Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This species was a sentient species found within the galaxy. They were distinguished by their reptilian bodies, with hunched posture, long snouts, and textured green, almost porous skin. One member of this species, nicknamed "lizard boy", worked as a thief in Mos Espa on the planet Tatooine[1] by 32 BBY,[2] where he encountered the Human Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn after stealing a plasma ignition capacitor from a young Anakin Skywalker, the lightsaber wielding man sparing the alien after dispatching his scavenger accomplice.[1]
