A human male[3] individual was the governor of a settlement on a rocky world. Around 19 BBY,[1] the Inquisitors Fourth Sister and Barriss Offee visited the world in search of a Jedi connected to a local rebel cell. The two dark side agents questioned the townspeople, including the governor, with Fourth Sister threatneing their lives if they did not turn over the Jedi. However, the governor was unrelenting, and he was killed by the Fourth Sister for refusing to divulge the Jedi's location.[2]
