- "Gorgs. Get your succulent gorgs here. Can I offer you one?"
"I'll pass, thank you." - ―The human gorgmonger and T'onga
A human gorgmonger ran a stall in Ord Mantell City—the capital city of the Mid Rim planet Ord Mantell—during the Imperial Era. In 3 ABY, the gorgmonger attempted to sell gorgs to the bounty hunter T'onga, though she passed on the offer. Afterward, two members of the criminal syndicate Black Sun confronted the gorgmonger about operating despite not paying protection fees to Black Sun, to which the gorgmonger told them they had not been able to because of slow business.
One of the Falleen then grabbed the gorgmonger and told them the lack of business was their problem rather than Black Sun's. The Black Sun members were then confronted by members of the Unbroken Clan criminal syndicate, who told them they were thugs who feasted off hardworking merchants like the gorgmonger. The Unbroken Clan members then shot and killed the Falleen, with the gormonger also being killed despite attempting to flee.
Biography
- "You have a lot of nerve, gorgmonger—selling your wares here when you haven't paid your protection fees."
"But business has been slow!"
"That seems like your problem…not the Black Sun's problem." - ―One of the Falleen and the gorgmonger

A human individual lived during the Imperial Era and worked as a gorgmonger at a stall in Ord Mantell City[2]—the capital city of[3] the Mid Rim planet Ord Mantell[4]—being forced to pay protection fees to[2] the criminal syndicate[4] Black Sun that ran the planet.[2] By 3 ABY,[1] the gorgmonger began experiencing slow business, leaving them unable to pay their protection money to Black Sun.[2] That year,[1] the gorgmonger called out to various citizens in an attempt to bring in some business, stating they could get "succulent" gorgs. They then asked an individual walking by—the bounty hunter T'onga—if they could offer her a gorg, but T'onga politely declined.[2]
The gorgmonger was then approached by two members of Black Sun, with one telling them they had some nerve to be selling gorgs despite not paying their protection fees, while the other took one of the gorgs and ate it. In response, the gorgmonger informed the Falleen that business had been slow, to which the Falleen grabbed them and informed them that it was their problem and not Black Sun's. After the other Falleen told their companion they should try one of the gorgs, the two were interrupted by three members of the Unbroken Clan criminal syndicate, who told the Falleen they would have to pay for what they had done. One of the Unbroken Clan members then told the Falleen they were thugs who took from the various merchants, with another stating that such actions would now be their job.[2]
As the two Falleen drew their blasters and threatened the Unbroken Clan members, the gorgmonger attempted to hide in their stall. The Black Sun members were then gunned down by the Unbroken Clan members, which also resulted in the gorgmonger—who had attempted to flee—being shot and killed. As the gorgmonger's corpse laid on a table in their stall, the Unbroken Clan members informed the citizens they were now free of Black Sun's terrible reign, though noted that protection from the Unbroken Clan would not be free either.[2]
