A human individual worked as a doctor during the Imperial Era. While in the Outer Rim, the doctor was forced by Imperial Governor Tauntaza to use her fortress on a planet which housed numerous Rebel Alliance soldiers. The fortress, which the doctor referred to as a "Death Machine," ultimately killed all the personnel who were active on the planet's surface.[1] The individual would later escape from the clutches of the Empire's Schism Imperial, who seized ownership of the Death Machine, while on the planet Caranthanax B.[2]
