A flight[1] of five LAAT/i gunships of the Galactic Republic was active during the Clone Wars against the Confederacy of Independent Systems.[2] The flight[1] was stationed aboard a Venator-class Star Destroyer and participated in the Battle of Teth, where it supplied reinforcements from the 7th Sky Corps to aid the embattled 501st Legion on the surface.[2]
