"A single credit? No! I-It took my family years to gather these gems! They're worth many more times than what you offer!"
―A vendor — 20?cb=20250116042720 ▶️ (file info)[1]

A necklace was owned by a vendor and adorned in asymmetrical magenta gemstones on golden plates strung together with a wire that connected at a larger gem in the center. The gems were gathered by the vendor's family over the course of multiple years.[1] By 13 BBY,[2] the vendor attempted to sell the necklace on the Ring of Kafrene[1] trading post.[3]

When a wealthy woman offered to purchase the necklace for a single credit, the vendor declined and stated it was worth many times their offer, but gave up the necklace when the woman threatened to summon Imperial stormtroopers to inspect their business license. The woman inspected the necklace in a mirror before the thief Lena—pretending to be a mystic seer—told the woman a phony fortune while her Kowakian monkey-lizard partner Zradca stole from them and lifted the necklace over the woman's head as their eyes were closed. Lena then tossed the necklace back to the vendor.[1]

Behind the scenes

The necklace appeared in "Escape with Chewbacca," the second part of the second episode of the non-canon animated series LEGO Star Wars: All-Stars,[1] which was released on November 17, 2018.[4]
