This bard was a green four-armed alien individual who was present on the planet Golak[1] at some point between 18 BBY and 3 BBY.[2] They performed music for patrons at the Golak Mahal, playing a horn, a string instrument, and a set of four percussion instruments, all at the same, when the young human siblings Charuk and Rani arrived in search of refuge. They would abruptly cease playing when an Imperial Inquisitor arrived on the Force-sensitive Rani's trail, an expression of surprise overtaking them at the sight of this dark figure. Shortly thereafter, they and their instruments would be swept away as a sandstorm engulfed the area while the Inquisitor dueled with the Jedi-in-hiding, Rugal.[1]

  2. "The Bandits of Golak" takes place during the Great Jedi Purge, which ended with the Mission to Malachor per The Odyssey of Star Wars: An Epic Poem. Star Wars: Timelines dates the mission to 3 BBY, this is when the Jedi Purge ended. The short also features TIE/ln space superiority starfighters, which were introduced in 18 BBY per Timelines. Therefore, "The Bandits of Golak" must take place between 18 BBY and 3 BBY.
