Three months after the Battle of Hoth, Darth Vader led an operation to this forested planet in search of his son, Luke Skywalker, although Skywalker had in fact died on Hoth, of which Vader was unaware. Vader's forces left behind a path of fiery destruction among native settlements, but their efforts turned up no signs of Skywalker.

Behind the scenes

The events taking place on this forested planet occur in the Infinities comic Star Wars Infinities: The Empire Strikes Back, and thus are non-canon. The story represents an alternative scenario for Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back in the event that Luke Skywalker dies from his wampa encounter on Hoth.
