Unidentified female Rutanian police

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This individual was a female Rutanian who lived on the planet Rutan. Sometime in 44 BBY, she served as a Security Police in the city of Testa. When the Jedi Qui-Gon Jinn, his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the Senali Drenna, tried to get themselves arrested by illegally loitering on a park, this female police and her partner intervened. Tired, and anxious to go home, the two police officers gave them a warning instead. Qui-Gon then resorted to influencing the female police's mind with the Force, and planted the suggestion that the three of them needed to be arrested.^[1]
