A farmer resided on Akiva, a jungle planet in the Outer Rim Territories.[1] By 3 ABY,[2] they knew the legend of the first gardener of Akiva as well as their connection to Salea's Hand, a special asuka tree that has red leafs instead of the normal blue.[1]

The farmer appeared in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. They are not part of any game quest and have a randomized appearance within the game, however they are consistenly depicted as a human. They are identified as a "farmer" by the games subtitles. The player can talk to the farmer and learn about a local legend related to the Salea's Hand.[1]
